DIY: Quick Fix, Loose Top

This is one of my favorite outfit for Sophia. It has a laid back look and it's very comfy. One big problem though is that the top is a bit loose on her.

What a very resourceful mother to do? :)

QUICK FIX:

I looked for a hair tie, a rubber band will do too but if you find a nice ponytail it's going to serve double purpose, it's going to fix the loose top and it will serve as an accessory too. :) Just tie the straps at the back on the desired length and Viola!!!!

See... Easy Peasy.

Loose top no more equals a happy baby.

Sophie's Style: Off to Punta Rizal

pose before leaving for Punta Rizal

Little S visits my Aunts, Uncles and cousins at Punta Rizal every weekends it has been like that since she was months old. You see we are a very close family, our Lola Tacing when she was still alive always ask us to gather every week and it has become more or less a habit and a tradition to us. Even our cousins who are already miles away, we will have a chat conference once a week or once in awhile to catch up on each others lives.

I so love our big family.

Anyways, this is what Sophia wore last weekend when she stayed overnight at Punta Rizal. Which explains her absence here.

This terno batique was given to her by Wowa Ecky, it came in three pairs with different colors and designs. I think this is a costumize terno and it has been my favorite to wear for Sophie. And when it's comfy and soft, I always give it a 2 thumbs up, irregardless of brand.

We waited for JM and Tito Carl to come and pick her up, Sophie was restless already and getting tired, so I told her to prepare her bag and her things.

Listing her things to bring, which is not much since she has her own wardrobe, diapers, and sets of milk and bottles there. BONGACIOUS Sophia. They can snatch her anytime. hmph.

Now packing her things inside her new Minnie Mouse bag given as a Christmas gift from her ninang, which she loves and brings around everywhere she goes....

I love love her new bag. First because it's Minnie and because its ooooh so Pink... I love it. As in.

Now all ready and set to go.

Bye... So "donya" my baby hehehe :)

When I took a picture of Little S shoes, I realized she needs a new pair. Her most trusted, and loved slippers is already small for her. :( I am so sad. I really like this slipper pa naman because its very comfy and durable. Time to buy her feet a new friend.

Sophie's Style: First Flower Girl Gown

It was Sophia's first time to be a Flower Girl, although she wasn't very brave to walk on her own I was so happy that she walked the aisle with me, all she needed was a little support and I am and will always be going to give her just that until she's brave enough to walk on her  own.

Lloyd and Jet's wedding was really fabulous, not only because their motif was my favorite color and shade, but their decorations were full of details too. Very very elegant. Everybody looks gorgeous, special mention to the flower girls who were cute and adorable in their gowns.

Here's what Sophia wore: The gown that made my little girl look like a princess was designed by no other than Ivan Raborar one of the contestants from Project Runway Philippines Episode 1. Sophie wouldn't stop saying "wow" to it. When I undressed her she got upset and wanted me to put it back lol.

I love the Plum Belt and big ribbon at the back

There's my happy princess with her "wow" gown. So happy the couple gave it to her as a token. Thanks so much Jettie :)

The flower girls had a very cute pale full of flowers to throw down the aisle while they're walking and were suppose to wear a headdress but Sophia objected against it, like really objected and started pulling up her hair and her pony tail. I'm glad I made a quick fix to it just on time.

The gown was long and didn't show her cute silver glittery doll shoes. It's so cute and shining hehehe :) I already made a post about it here. If not, here I'm showing you. It's this:
Rustanette Doll Shoes worth 750 pesos.

Two more days and it's going to be 2012 already. I'm very optimistic on what awaits. I've already set my goals and will be sharing it to you soon.

Enjoy the holidays everyone. :)

Sophie's Style: In Black Ruffled Pair

We just arrived Cebu from our 3 days 2 nights Gen San trip to attend my friend's wedding. Sophia and I were part of the entourage. The wedding was super uber nice. And Sophie's gown was super super adorable. She was so pretty wearing it. Can't wait to show you guys I'm just waiting for the photos to come.

This is what Sophia wore today at the airport.

While Sophia and I were waiting for Maury to get our bags, this little girl was busy looking for her favorite hello kitty bag inside my big paper bag. I asked her what she's doing, she just said "bag mommy bag" and run to the nearest carousel.

This is what I saw.

My little girl placed her bag at the carousel and pretended to wait  for her bag like everyone else... hahaha

She's too cute for me not to take pictures. My golly my baby is really getting big fast and I thank God for cameras, instant mommy documentation. :)

Sophia's Terno: Babies and Hairbows
Shoes: Crocs

Happy dressing your babies Mommies :) It's so nice to be home and blogging again.

Sophie's Style: Dressed in Holiday Style

My little Sophie had a great time at her dad's Christmas Party. It's so nice seeing her with other kids. She was asking them to play with her she even danced and sing with them. But I was happier when I saw her giving candies to other kids and adults. We've been teaching her to be a giver and finally without asking her to do it, she just does it, like its natural for her.

Dress: Bonnie Baby - got this as a gift from my cousins in Canada. I so love the dress so "in" for the season. It's not only pretty on her but it's also very comfy.

Black Doll Shoes is from Payless SM Cebu bought it for 699 Pesos

Red and White Ribbon, bought it online around 200 for a pair. This is actually one of my favorite clippies for her. She has worn this several times already and it doesn't get old.

Another party is coming up, I can't wait to share with you all what Sophie is wearing. Mommy is so excited :)
