I havn't been updating my fitness/ weight loss progress merely because there really isn't any progress to it. Although, I should say and I'm proud that I still maintain the 122 lbs from way back months ago.
What happened was, life caught up with me, seEEriousLy did. And I lost focus on my health project. Yada Yada Yada..... I don't wanna elaborate anymore because I don't wanna sound so defensive.
SOOOOOO... more on the positive side. I started exercising for a week now, and it feels great doing it. Although the first few days was hard for me, TORTURE, It was really so hard to start because honestly, it's so much easier to be a potato couch right? BUT I always remind myself that I have goals to achieve. If I want to teach my family a healthy lifestyle I have to live that lifestyle too, tama? TAMA!!!!
Hence, the exercise.
After the third day of doing it, I observed few positive changes in me, I am more energetic, I don't get tired easily, I see myself keeping up with my ever active toddler. (clap clap) I sleep better at night and wake up more alive in the morning. ( goodbye miss cranky )
Aside from my coffee, I found myself another energy booster. My 30 minutes walking exercise. You should do it too. If your goal is to lose weight, or just plainly be active or just to be healthy or if you want to give your Heart an easy daily good exercise, I recommend this to you. You can do it anywhere, even in the comforts of your own living room.
Here it is.
2 miile walk, the perfect amount of exercise to keep that heart healthy. 30 minutes a day.
